That hasn't changed but how we're working towards it has.
With a new leadership team in place, we've spent the last few months clarifying exactly what Mission Equality is building - and rebuilding everything around that clarity. But the thing I most want to tell you about is this: The Human Skills Lab is live.
It's a weekly video series - short, direct, grounded in real experience - developing the four human competencies that underpin everything else we talk about here: Emotional management, communication, leadership and achieving equality.
I've been making the case for years that emotional management is the foundational skill - in organisations, in education, in how we raise young people. The Human Skills Lab is where I develop that argument every week, practically and specifically, for both those in workplaces and those in education, simultaneously.
